Based on a scene that happened when my sibling and I were playing a pen-and-paper RPG:
My character, an illusionist who uses a deck of 52 custom playing cards as their "wand" (or "wands"), got into a fistfight with the depicted cat. With the illusionist not being particularly skilled at combat, the fight rapidly swayed in the cat's favor. Injured and desperate, the illusionist eventually managed to knock the cat face down onto the ground and seized the opportunity to throw and spread the deck of cards (except one card) across the yard they were fighting in.
When the cat recovered and looked up again, he was suddenly surrounded by 52 identical cowboys, all moving in unison and greeting him with 52 "Howdy, pardner!"-s at once. However, as this was a fairly elaborate illusion, there were some obvious flaws. Some cowboys clipped into each other, others clipped into objects or the ground, all were facing random directions, all were stuck to the same spot, above a card, their boots slid across the lawn as they "walked."
It looked like a glitched video game.
Yet, the cat knew that one of the cowboys wasn't an illusion, but a disguise.
Now, I was too lazy to draw a crowd of identical cowboys facing random directions, so here's a bunch of cloned cowboys facing the cat (this also looks more imposing than just a crowd of cowboys).
The cat in the yellow jacket belongs to my sibling.
The illusionist belongs to me. Here he is depicted in a, more or less, generic cowboy disguise.
