The sun was bright against the sandy shore as I made my way down the walk and towards the beaches. I was a lovely day as the wind was lightly blowing in from the sea and tinged the air with the salt of the ocean. I take it in with a deep breath, some to enjoy the air, the other to try and catch my breath after the near two hours of walking I had just done to get here.
The last few days taking my swimsuit as my attire had worked perfectly as they stretched to fit quite easily. "Thank goodness I did go for the extra strength ones" I thought to my self as I took a few more breaths of rest before continuing on. "A few more days of this and i'll have worked off all this weight here, the munchies certainly did a number on me last month that's for sure!" I thought to myself as I walked. While my weight hasn't gone down a pound lately, surely it's just catching up to me and will soon start it's usual decline.
"Maybe I should visit a bit of the boardwalk too, get a bit more out of my walks. Yeah, and maybe see if they've started to sell that pink doughnut ice cream again." My mouth watered at the thought of the sweet treat waiting for me if I could make a few extra steps in my routine. "Yeah, that does sound nice right about now..."
