Description:
In span of less than a year, the Dragonness' influence had spread across almost all of the United States, but that led to formation of many new clans wielding unique or similar abilities yet expressing conflicting interests. This however did not faze the Dragonnness, who saw more opportunities in the southern borders and brought along her dozen American followers on her journey to Mexico.

Around October in 2022, among the sizeable tourist group visiting the Temple of the Feathered Serpent in Central Mexico, Miguel Picoblancos decided to venture further alone, where he had unknowingly crossed paths with the Dragonness herself. Holding the white wolf hostage, the Dragonness felt compelled to transform him, given that they were all at the Aztec temple built in dedication to flying serpent named "Quetzalcoatl". Although successful in turning into a mythical dragon, the Dragonness immediately became frustrated in numerous times of trying to reign him in to her cause. Interestingly, Miguel happened to a curious adventurer, wanting to travel around the world, just to enjoy his time in every place and to get a souvenir to remember by, but his personality was eventually molded by the draconic magic to match that of a supposed Quetzalcoatl.

This prompted her followers to research on the original goal of Quetzalcoatl, only to their shock that the Feathered Serpent was depicted as a benevolent god of life and of light and wisdom, destined one day to the Aztec empire from its own long-time series of bloody sacrifices, meaning that the Dragonness had just developed a much more heroic type of dragon. The newly transformed Quetzalcoatl himself proved it further by assessing the Dragonness' past and current goals, both denouncing her global conquest and yet sympathetically persuading her into a brighter path. The disgusted Dragonness rebuffed and had her followers beat him to submission, but the Aztec serpent proved be as equally powerful as the Dragonness herself, as he had defeated every fighter coming in his way. The horrified Dragonness transformed into a full dragon form flying atop of the temple, followed by Quetzalcoatl who did the same to be even with her.

The huge dragon fight took few hours, all flying above the very temple, all with attacks of two dragons exerted with equal effort and no possible hints of advantage. However, added with her ongoing frustration, the Dragonness fell down exhausted and had teleported herself and the downed followers back in the States. Locals nearby noticed the whole thing and began recognizing the former Miguel as Quetzalcoatl, the Aztec god filled with benevolence. As the said locals bowed before him, this left him uncertain, as he never wanted to rule the bigger world, not even in the same way the Dragonness had been doing. After roaming around Mexico for several days, Quetzalcoatl decided to start small by establishing control over forested areas across the country, declaring himself the leader of the West, the newly independent clan but in the need of requiring more dragons in order to match up to the Dragonness' increasingly pressurizing influence near-worldwide. Whether it was through converting people or turning dragons to his cause, Quetzalcoatl would have to make a choice without going as far as the Dragonness had done.
