I haven't played the game, so I don't know if this costume is correct, but it's the Deltarune version of Toriel.

How do you make a creature (monster) so nice? You somehow made a character that was nothing but a crude pixel representation in the original game (they haven't made a more modern, higher resolution/quality version yet, have they?) and turned her into something utterly gorgeous! Your skills are fantastic!
BTW, does anyone know what type of monster Toriel is? Her fangs make me think maybe she's a Chupacabra (goat blood sucker)?
