Yup, making my own pokemon region! Just had to make the water starter a cat lol. Anyways this is the first stage, and here is a tiny bit of info about them: They are the Kitten pokemon, and they like to bounce little bubbles on their tail when they are in a playful mood and will become sad if they bubbles pop which unfortunately happens frequently as the bubbles they produce are weak.

(Also I give permission for anyone to draw the species so long as you don't take credit for the design, so go nuts)
