This is the final evo for the water type starter for my region. Here is a bit of info about them: The Bounce Pokemon, This pokemon can create strong bubbles enough to hold the weight of an entire Groudon. It likes to bounce on bubbles with the help of it's tail, as well as sit upright, when not on it's bubble they will be on all fours waiting to attack.
