Honnestly really satisfied with that composition of future vs past settings mirroring

Wonder what would be the best between this scene being snapshots of alternate universes or 2 era of the same timeline

Could also be the trope of the long long long descendant/ancestor who ""coincidentaly"" look like an exact twin of their long long long relative.
... or indeed just Kerina having lived for hundred to thousands of years since she's a freaking dragon

The second option sounds pretty interesting.
But given the features of dragons, it's quite possible.
Since dragons can live for thousands of years.

However, the option with 2 different universes is probably more suitable here.
