A powerfully strong Triceratops that's been part of my Elite soldiers for quite some time, easily since 2007. He comes from Russia and is usually a voice of reason, though he has a minigun he can bring to bare when folks decide to not listen to reason.

Semi frequently smoking cigars, he is sitting here looking over a piece of an engine while a few of the more mechanically inclined work on it. Choosing to remain silent as he thinks about what could have caused the malfunction, not that he'd know what to do about it. Hence why it was here in the first place.

Maxus stands 7'7 thanks to his frill and weighs about 450 pounds, being mostly muscle and fully capable of fighting in hand to hand as well.
