After her tumble as seen here (https://www.deviantart.com/senshi05/art/Lola-In-The-Loo-1025746424), Lola was flushed down into the pipes and found herself swirling around in what felt like a metallic snake swallowing her alive. She miraculously held her breath despite being dizzy all the way down and liable to puke. However, just when she was about to pop out some place that might've had air, her bottom barely popped out before she was firmly wedged.
A sort of "Well, here's another fine mess I've gotten into..." ending where the episode closes on a character a dire situation we never see them get out of.
