She is looking so adorable and innocent here. Although in the future I plan to write her character in a more tomboyish manner... also make her a few years younger, so she'll have to fall out of some more adult oriented content.

It's not about the art Nick, it's about writing a dimensional personality for the girl that would underline her troublesome growing up and the askewed relationship she does have with her mother. Both her and Sun do not have that yet and therefore are hollow and bland as characters, although I do hope to change that within a year or two~

I hope you'll find the ideas for Sun and Nika for the personalities and the histories. My characters' personalities are inspired by my personalities and my emotions.
I remember I've create a few characters but I've give up. :(

The less characters the better in my opinion, it's easier to manage, design and build a small core cast of characters with interesting connections between them, than have a dozen that appear in your art pieces maybe once or twice a year.
I have my Conrad and Geno, Constance and Ksi, character pairs and I'm fine with that number. Sun and Nika always had the issue of being more of a satelite, support cast, that's why their character potential neve had grown. I do want to change that, that's why I need to develop them better in order to connect them to my core characters.
