of course even that is temporary - the nanites gradually break down or get circulated out - for permanent mind control one would want to install a brainleash - but it is one of her many subtle and terrifying powers ^.^
but having said that, her character concept is one of a synthetic person whose systems don't harmonize terribly well, so while she can be immensely powerful she is always having to make repairs and adjustments; she will gather her strength for one moment of incredible perfection and then require a lot of down time
