This is one of Mel's ultimate moves. He eventually gets ahold of a Speed Core and equips it inside of his chest.
When he activates it, not only can he do many of the same things Grace from Terminator: Dark Fate can do with the same downsides, but he can go so fast that it looks like Dragon Ball Z's Instant Transmission to normal people. The speed he goes at is often weaponized but he doesn't have the reaction speed to react to things while in the middle of dashing or flying, so expect him to think and calculate things at multiple stops before making his next move in moment-to-moment spurts.
