Welcome back to another Gun Day Sunday! Continuing the character profiles. Another that I have wanted to introduce you all to. Meet Anne!
Question: who else deserves a spotlight? I have a running list and will bump some characters sooner if I know who is wanted to be seen.

Your Brother has a good tastes. Excellent and exquisite.
Also I can't remember if I knew what a SP5 and just forgot was or if this the first time hearing about it, or maybe both, maybe I thought I knew what it was and I was wrong. Either way, education happens everyday. Though this feels more like having dementia and being told you have a grand daughter and you thinking its the first time hearing about the news, despite the said grand daughter being 25.
Gun enthusiast and dementia, now there's a bad combo.

I think you're fine. This could just be a case of the manufacturer has a more commercial name for a gun that is decently popular to differentiate it from what it is known as in a military or paramilitary context. The SP5 is just a civilian MP5.
I don't think I draw it very much, but he really does love her. He is just nervous around her when she publicly displays affection. LOL

There's just something about SBR anything that freaks me out. Like that latest Mossy .12 shorty, I can far too easily see my forehand slipping and then utter disaster happening, next...
(Truly, if I ever wielded one, I'd likely have a death grip on the thing and be unable to operate it after the first round?!)

Short 12 gauge is certainly worrisome if the grip isn't stable. But, most PCCs are not much to worry about. It can't be seen here, but Anne's SP5 is not an SBR. It's a braced pistol. It's why there is no vertical foregrip and instead she has a finger stop and a hand stop. I've always found that, even for short AK or AR pistols, so long as there is an two inches or so of muzzle forward of your grip it's fine. Even better if it's 9mm because there is less muzzle flash or harsh recoil even in a straight blowback platform and it's not startling.
*Nodnods*
Aye to the 'Foregrip/Brace' concept, esp. with anything above the 9mm caliber.
I'm a die hard .12 fan (Own three Mossys), and know their devastating effectiveness, esp. at close range (We've field tested against slaughtered steers, but I can't show/share those piccies/videos here, 'cause FA Overlords would absolutely eviscerate/erase me), and the recoil of the .12/similar isn't something that can be ignored.
Braced 'Pistols' still weird me out, even if their felt recoil is much less. I just don't like the idea of my hand being that close to the muzzle, of anything! lol (Well, ALMOST anything, but that topic/platform would also get mah butt in trouble if I elaborated!)
It/this also reminds me of the important difference in firing any revolver, vs semi-autos. 'I' am aware of it, and take pains to remind myself anytime I wield a revolver, to NOT put the forefinger of my 'Brace Hand' ahead of my close fists, 'cause of the side gassing of the cylinder at every discharge. Semi's contain all of it, so it's not a problem. Stick that finger out firing a revolver, you may not get it back!
