The gamer, the most oppressed group of them all. Taking residence in Summertown around 5 years ago after moving and having to say goodbye to a lot of friends she would likely never see again she felt a bit shy at first, not knowing anyone in the area. However she ended up making friends really quickly after finding they were about as big of dorks as she was. Nowadays she’s an excitable and joyful girl, ready to join in a conversation at a moment’s notice. Being from the Midwest she tends to say things with a quick cadence, confusing people with things like “d’jeett?” or “donchakno.” Her taste in food reflects as they all seem to be comfort foods like creamy soup or gravy covered meat, talking about her ancestry in Germany. Try the knoephla soup, you’ll love it!
When at the mall she’s never without a handheld on hand for whenever she gets bored waiting for friends or hanging in the arcade trying to beat everyone’s scores. She tends to hang out with Rowena for trying to read Japanese only games (even if she can’t) she gets on auctions, hangs with Lucy to cover her favorite game OSTs in exchange for her tip money, and sometimes watches her play. With everyone else she’s usually trying to give recommendations such as Ciara with horror.
Her favorites tend to be platformers and fighting games, which she starts trash talking in which might be a little too much sometimes. She’s usually in the arcade practicing combos with her spare quarters that aren’t spent on a physical game or a tabletop version. Whenever one is playing she might try and hold back backseat gaming when she knows they’re doing something wrong. Where she gets all these games is not a mystery as she often gets packages from a Cousin Meadows, whom she doesn’t know all too much about outside what she does for work. She just knows she’s nice!
