every now and then I get thrown back in moments where I felt terribly guilty. This could last for weeks, months, or even years. I couldn’t forgive myself for so many things, and... now I understand that some of this wasn’t even my fault? My self-hatred, my anger and pain spilled out on me so often that marks remained on my body.
There are things I was wrong about and I admit it. But there are things beyond my control, I was too small and weak at one moment or at another, I simply did not have the opportunity to guess, I could not know, I am really not a telepath. I have to forgive myself and I'm moving towards this smoothly
