Union hierarchy is quite strict and demands the upper brass to be both judicious and assertive when having hundreds of men and dependents under their command. Among the two vice-commanders of this particular fort, the imposing rhinoceros clad in his signature black uniform and mask has amassed a reputation for being both a skilled field commander and and most importantly, his ability to enforce discipline and chain of command with uncompromising vigor.
He certainly looks the part with his muscle bound build, tall frame, dark suit that stands out even among the Union's already spine tingling appearance and that crop he always wields whether on the field or on the dungeons.
Whenever the tap of his thick gloves sound through the room, one could always expect moaning and screaming muffling through the doors...
