The DnD party I'm in, in a game run by 
Syrlantar, at one point helped a huge fat red dragon. Turns out she likes to hold feasts - so we've hung out with her more than once.
Fun facts:
- They're all wearing bluejeans of heat protection. There's magma, see.
- She's a red dragon, but huge and chonky.
- Those aren't boobs, she's just fat.
- My ranger Jerro is the one under her claw there. Wrasslin' with it is one way of letting off steam, and she seems amused by it.
- I'll leave it up to the other players to introduce themselves if they want!

I may be totally off-base as to who this might be, but that's not my good, gigantic Red dergenfriend Ellymay who I know on TapestriesMUCK, is it? I know it might not be but shorn of a nomen in your description it sounds one heck of a like the enormous, swollen and gorgeous thoomdragoness I adore who finds far better company and honest, worshipful praise of her enormous loveliness in her speck of a wolf than a pulpy meat-crumb for her gullet.
