Ah, a classic place. Be mighty surprised what people throw out.
Even in my neighborhood. I snagged two flower pots, a steel foot-press trash bin, two 5-pound weights (I think 5-pound), two functional brooms, a dust pan, a watering pail, and a shovel. Oh and one of those reflectors you stick in the ground to bounce light at night for cars to see.
