You have excellent control with the mouse, and that's nice to see. (I use a mouse, too, and I like it, dammit. =V)
I would suggest some varying line thicknesses, but that's really only a stylistic choice. As it is, thelinework is very neat, as is the colouring. I don't know who the dragon is, but he certainly looks impressive.
