Ty Lee enjoying the magic of Ember Island's beach
I don't normally do sequences or variants. It's something I've thought about a lot but I like to focus on a single image that tells the story I want rather than several which don't really say anything. All that being said, I was drawing this out and loving the quality of it, but didn't really settle on the final form of it, so I decided to do all 3. I think partly my drive was there is a lack of good Ty Lee fanart and I didn't want to do a niche TF one and rob the fans of something more vanilla. Maybe I'm thinking too much about it. Also didn't know if I should upload them individually or grouped like this.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy! I put a lot of time into this one. I like taking a step back and comparing my newer pieces to older, and there's no denying this is lightyears better than my older Ty Lee work. I hope you enjoy. Do feel free to share these around. Also testing out a new watermark to see how I like it.
