apparently not. acidic is a naturalist by profession and when researching stuff for the image he came across some interesting facts (i think he works with dolphins in hawaii for his job). apparently orca's (and maybe other aquatic mammals like them) will regurgitate their food and do other stuff with it just for fun. they apparently have a multi-chambered stomach and the first chamber is more like a holding area than a digesting area (apparently does have some weak digesting juices though). i guess they just like playing with their food.

who knows what's happening in this pic. considering orca's don't produce saliva and will use the regurgitated slime from their first stomach chamber to make swallowing easier, we may have already been swallowed already and are just being played with.
