You can't breathe. Nausea. Rip your shirt off because it's choking you. You can't talk. You have to move but you can't leave where you're sitting. Fear. Paranoia. Tunnel Vision. Inability to focus. Panic. I had a bad panic attack recently and needed to get it made into art to hopefully help myself. It wasn't my first one but it was terrifying. Luckily I had my favorite person and my closest friends to talk to me and make sure I came back down to earth after a few hours.
