I do drink lots of water! Especially after I learned years ago that I'm susceptible to kidney stones.

I drink a lot of water and have to watch what I eat as well as get twice yearly lab work ultrasounds X-rays and other tests for a rare kidney disease I was diagnosed with in 2020. Very important to take care of the kidneys!

I find it absolutely wild that there are people out there that never drink water, and instead always have to have some sugary soda or something that "doesn't taste gross and bitter like plain water"

Water quality does vary a lot from place to place. Flavored water would probably be the way to go for many people.

I almost exclusively drink water, and plenty of it too. But it's still something I forget at times.
