Queen Litura Cheesebit is the ruler of the floating airship city Millingford Tower. Litura and her family had been running the air city for many generation. Her ancestor were famous inventors that learn how to control steam, with this knowledge they were able to help build the towering airship City. The people had made the Cheesebit family as the new rulers for many generation, and Litura had continue being Queen till this day. Over time, Litura had been acting more as an evil Queen that want thing her way, she had a couple subject that tried to betray her, but round up tricking them without warning. Like her ancestor, Litura is a brilliant scientist who study both science and combat strategy. She always have certain tech by her side, and stop her foe. Her personal invention she keep around is her blaster, not only it does elemental shot, but able to turned anyone into rat or mouse. When that happen, Litura add them to her personal servants, or work in the engine to keep the airship running.
