The Flame Drake is a relatively big reptilian predator native to the volcanic regions of the Arcadian Continent. This predator usually uses its rocky habitat to hide and ambush its prey. It uses its flame breath if it fails at pinning down its victim with the initial pounce.

Due to being rather lightly built (but still more bulky than the Runner Drakes of the grasslands), the Flame Drake typically hunts smaller prey, such as the K'Kungi (which in this case is much to Najila's chagrin, since she seems to think the little guys are cute). Flame Drakes don't bother hunting larger prey as that would be too risky; getting injured in a dangerous ecosystem is a potential death sentence, even for a draconic creature.
