Commentary:
Margrethe expected Olaf to potentially catch her changing out of her disquise and accidentally reveal her identidy. She can't read Olaf's lips because he speaks with a beak and a sarynx instead of a larynx. Fortunately for her, she knows that her secret is safe because Elek did not react in a horrified way, as he personally knows Margrethe without her disguise.

Olaf doesn't say anything in panel 7 because his power is all about stealth, which requires not talking. Regardless, he's ready for battle.
