Fun fact closest thing to artificial gravity without spin or linear would be diamagnetism the down side is it would require a shit ton of power because it loses massive amounts of energy through the fields as distance increases and needing cooled super conductors it would also be heavy and would require to have mounted both on the floor and ceiling so it both pulls down and pushes you down for gravity not very comfortable I can imagine in the middle sense it be the least affected but it could work. Irl it does work on life forms if you ever heard of the floating frog experiment
