Body Rules:
Body/feathers must be based off of Phasianidae https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phasianidae
NO WEBBED FEET
Feet are NOT raptor feet.
Must have long swept back ears (they can perk forward but are back when at rest)
Raptor like head
No actual arms
No "tail" with an abruptly ending butt. (any plumage must not cover "Smoke tail")
Can have waddles and combs
Markings and colors are completely open
(Though, I would prefer to avoid any that look like logos or "cutie marks")
Smoke rules:
"Smoke" only comes from butt, and arm "holes" on either side of the body.
Arm smoke can take any form
Examples:
hooves
paws
raptor claws
human hands
Micky mouse gloves
testicles
wings
Spider legs**
crab claws
** Multiple limbs are possible but they have to come from the same "arm hole" so think Smokey quartz from SU**
Markings do not really happen on the smoke
the smoke is always moving so stripes will not work but lavalamp spots will.
Oh and the smoke can sparkle and glow <3
Smoke is always at least a little transparent.
Smoke's shape and density can be controlled but generally there is a preferred shape.
