I wouldn't worry too much about the prompt word, I believe that's a pretty easy mistake to make (I even re-read the prompt word multiple times just to ensure I was reading it right). All in good fun and just some practice anyways.

Thanks. I was trying to do something rather lighter this time. Glad you liked it. Sometimes I worry if what I'm writing is just rather boring.

Next time I'm just going to double check. I usually wake up groggy and check what the prompt is from my bed. My mind just went straight to a little scene of someone getting pranked by having their holes filled in. Despite being a prank the whole thing ended up feeling too wholesome for Kaj to be the perpetrator of... at least not without the dirt inadvertently springing to life as an elemental monster or something.

Fun little story! Many of us are filled with wanderlust sometimes. I read the prompt wrong at first too lol.

And haha, I can see that thing with misreading the prompt. I honestly didn't even know what "filing" really mean. Like putting files to shelves and organizing then maybe. A really weird word for a story prompt, haha. Maybe could work for something resembling x-files. xD

Filing can mean that, but is generally more about submitting completely paperwork or tax documents. "Filing your taxes" is probably the actual phrase I hear that word used most.

I actually had something for char but it is not the usual meaning of the word and was so nerdy in a very specific c/c++ programming way that I figured no one would get it. Plus I'm just super busy. If I do finish the next chapter of A Cheetah's Tale I'll probably just submit that as it does have a bit of charring in it.
