⦁ Biography: Morwenna is one of the many 1/2 mermaids born to Junichiro & Palutena, being born just a day before Salida her was born. She is thus part of the 2nd line of 1/2 mermaids in the family, and one of the few to possess heterochromia. Like so many of her siblings, Morwenna was ever present whenever her father came back with stories to tell of his travels in different realms, and he often had plenty to tell. Morwenna at one point, after listening to so many of her father's tales, decided that she wanted to be an adventurer like he is & fight off evil. She was one of the few who made her mind up instantly, being quick to pick up an axe in her father's workshop & began learning how to fight as an axewoman. Her little sister Hiltrude followed the same path, and so the two would often have sparring matches to see who would be the better axe wielder. One day however, Morwenna bore witness to Hiltrude being perfectly skilled with throwing axes, but on one training session with Hiltrude, Morwenna attempted to stop one of Hiltrude's flying axes in order to slow it down. Morwenna wasn't successful, leading Hiltrude to be cut by her own hand axe & sport a scar there. While Hiltrude got it stitched up, Morwenna felt guilty about not having stopped it in time, but Hiltrude told her it was not her fault & encouraged to keep pursuing her chosen path; threatening that she'll be mad if she stopped doing so. As a result, Morwenna continued her training until she has the skills needed to be known as a strong Axe Fighter. However, it was worth noting that she surpassed Hiltrude some, but she did not mind a single bit as Hiltrude was just happy her older sister did not change paths. Morwenna then joined her other Fire Emblem themed sisters (Excluding Eurydice at first, who opted to stay home initially) onto the mystical continent of Gaia in the Fire Emblem universe, quickly rising through the ranks of the Gaia Army as one of its top soldiers. But on one faithful training day, Gaia Castle was besieged by the Supreme Forces with an invasion force being comandeered by the Supreme Archduke. Morwenna cut down many of the Archduke's N'Raqi minions, and was one of the two who picked a fight with the Archduke himself. The other being Richendra who fought him moments later to buy some time. However, Morwenna, despite putting up a grandiose fight against the Supreme Archduke, proved to be no match for him at the time and was forced to retreat with the rest of her sisters, and her father. After the fall of Gaia Castle, and with the original army decimated, Morwenna quickly pledged her services to the newly christened Gaia Alliance, swearing by her axe that she will see Gaia freed from evil, and even after that will happily lend her axe to any service if she is needed. Morwenna is, as one might expect from those in Juni's family, a genuine big sister. She is very kind & caring, and is an ideal babysitter to children; especially her own little kid siblings. However, Morwenna is known to be hotheaded as well, leading to an eagerness to pick fights whenever possible. Nonetheless, she likes collecting axes from different time periods & enjoys getting the chance to restore them into prime condition when possible. However, Morwenna has a sense of honor & does not tolerate cheaters in any shape or form. She also despites opponents not giving their all in fights. Like a handful of her sisters, Morwenna is a proven absolute mudlark, never hesitating to hop into a quicksand pit to sink the moment signs of one are detected, and confirmed. The best at crafting masks from wood.
⦁ Abilities: Being 1/2 Mermaid, Morwenna is capable of taking on her mermaid form at any given moment she enters the water, but primarily transforms in fresh, or seawater. And like her mother & siblings, Morwenna strongly prefers the water to be clean before she thinks about transforming. In the water, Morwenna enjoys the same +10 increase to her avoid/dodge, and the doubling of movement that her other 1/2 mermaid siblings enjoy while beneath the waves. Like her little sister Hiltrude, Morwenna starts off the action as a Fighter, using axes as her primary weapon. However, compared to Hiltrude, Morwenna starts with a C-Rank in axes compared to Hiltrude's starting D-Rank, has a better growth rate in her Defense, so she can pose as a tank in some instances, but she'll never be able to tank as much as Richendra, Mitsuru, and Larinia can, yet she has the potential to come close. Yet like Hiltrude, Morwenna shines best in HP & Strength, and has amazingly good growth rates in Speed, Skill, and Luck. The only real problem Morwenna has is with Magic & Resistance. As a result, Morwenna favors dealing as much damage as possible to the point of taking foes out in one or two hits. As far as promotions go, Morwenna, due to studying the way of both Ylissean, and Nohrian Fighters, can class change into either a Warrior for bow usage, a Hero for access to swords, or a Berserker for an increased critical hit ratio. However, like Hiltrude, Morwenna can pick up the skill Zeal instead of Gamble. She begins with the following weapons & skills.
⦁ Fellrender: Morwenna's personal weapons. Its full name is Sariel the Fellrender. A Holy imbued Runeaxe modeled after Fyr'alath the Dreamrender, but as the name implies: it is made & enchanted to tear apart anything associated with fell power rather than dreams. This includes monsters, demons, and undead. It also deals effective damage to certain units like Arcanists, Conjurers, and Witches. It also deals effective damage to evil dragons like Medeus, Grima, Garon, and Sombron. It can even ignore Jedah's skill Duma's Gift so that he can be damaged normally without having to wait every 4 attacks to attack him. It is capable of attacking from a distance as well, firing off blade beams that have a triangle advantage over dark magic users. Finally, it has a high critical hit ratio, tying with Misaki's Azure Dragon Sword for a 50 critical rating. Being a personal weapon, it cannot break.
⦁ Sacred Tomahawk: Another personal weapon belonging to Morwenna. Known as Uriel the Sacred Tomahawk, this special Tomahawk deals bonus damage to monsters, demons, and undead. And like all ranged axes, it can be used up close, or thrown at a distance. The weapon even restores 10HP to Morwenna when equipped. Being a personal weapon, it cannot break.
⦁ Steel Axe: An axe made of steel. More powerful than its iron brother. Has 35 uses.
⦁ Killer Axe: An axe especially well-suited to inflict deadly wounds. Critical Hits deal 4x damage instead of 3x. Has 30 uses.
⦁ Hammer: A hammer made to crack through heavy armor. Has 25 uses.
⦁ Swordslayer: Reverses the weapon triangle and doubles its effects. Good against swordfighters. Has 20 uses.
⦁ Huge Power: The Personal Skill of Morwenna. When using a weapon that will deal effective damage on a target that is weak to the weapon in question, the ensuing effective damage is doubled. It even ignores items that block such effects, and makes skills that nullify effective damage useless.
