It slumbers underneath your bed, between your floorboards, behind your head.
A collaboration between the brilliant Akeyla and me. She did the linework and the concept and I coloured it.
This was a very relaxing piece. I love monotone colours. ;]
A3, watercolurs and acrylics on heavy paper. Will be available at Mephit Mini Con.
Again, this is a collaborative work! Akeyla did the linework and I coloured it!

Oh, you've just gave a face to this numbing feeling I have when I wake up in the night, lying on my side and facing the wall. That feeling that someone is standing there, in the corner of the room, staring at my back. THANKS A LOT. Now I know what I will see if I ever muster the courage to turn around and look...
Haha seriously, though: Both of you did an amazing job on this. Wonderfully eerie without being too graphic...I love this

thank you so much :) those were exactly my thoughts when I made him, in my opinion the scariest things dont have hands or weapons. I imagined this beast as the thing that breaks you with its appearance, makes you go mad, makes your heart beat until it explodes with terror and fear, but will never touch you or speak a word.
This is beautiful. To be honest it reminds me of the art White Wolf used for their Latest series of Werewolf books. (Not to diminish your work but just to say that it does seem of such high quality that I would rather see yours in a professional context than some professionals I've seen)
Fantastic job! I think you two did very well. I love how the coloring part is pretty smooth but still rough and edgy in certain areas, it really gives it a defined tone. The pale colors put a good emphasis on the theme, it really gives you a real feeling of the message it seems to give off.
