Zooming in, it looks like CO which could be short for the COR for corrosive.

I see the compression artifacts of an X getting smushed so i think it is just OX.
plus anything but OX / W or SA are considered unofficial and even then COR has to be the full COR, not CO.

Its a NFPA Hazard Diamond. It means:
Red-4 : Will vaporize and burn at normal temperature
Yel-4 : May explode at normal temperature and pressure
Blu-4 : Can be Lethal
bottom: OX = Oxidizer. Will enable burning even without oxygen.
