Commission done for PookaWitch on deviantART

This wasn't a total commission, I guess more of an art trade in a way? But considering what I got as a trade I consider this a commission. X3

I PMed Pooka on PonyIsland and asked if she'd be interested in a bribery for a custom sphinx(an adoptable that she owns, created and runs on PI). The idea was basically I wanted an Indiana Jones Sphinx. I wanted one sooo badly but I knew I didn't have enough funds(either in game money or USD) to pay for the custom so I PMed to see if she'd take some random artwork for the custom instead. She seemed to love the idea and sent me a PM back saying that I could pick any of her characters to do a digital pic of and we'd call it even. So I went browsing through her dA gallery.

Almost instantly I was drawn to a character of hers, ZenaLuae. The image that she had of the character(well both images) I had even faved since I really did love the design. It was going to be a challenge no less, but my muse is very stubborn and decided that there was no other option I had to draw her.

It was an interesting challenge to figure out how to color her but I am very pleased with the result. ^^ I really do hope you guys like it! <33
