The Eggman Empire had taken everyone captive, D-Cards energy was at its limit. Her abilities had taken there toll on the enemy, but she was out matched. Amy was the First to have been taken and brain washed, then Sonic and shadow soon followed.
She ran for hours, doging and crawling through the mud of the cold wet night. She finally found her way to Eggmans fortress. Looking aroung she found an opening.
"Too conviniant.." She thought, "But it is my only option."
She crawled through the opening, going through the twists and turns to find her friends. When she got through the vent, she fell down into an open room. Everyone was standing there, eyes so distant and hollow.
"EGGMAN!..." D-Card yelled out, "Where are you! Show yourself and face ME!"
Laughter filled the room, but only one vioce riened over them all. D-Card's eyes darted back and forth through the room, trying to pin point the one person. She could tell that, it wasn't eggman laughing, the voice was too feminine. It was also darker than eggmans laugh, as though this one person, or thing, could actually proceed without any failure. Then just as the laughter began, it stopped.
"You finally made it..." the Voice said in a low tone "It took you long enough to find me, how have you been... My friend." The silhouette was fimilliar in form and in voice, deep emerald eyes shone in the darkness. "Now be a dear, and accept our offer."
"Never..." D-Card retorted, "I don't know who the HELL you are, but you will never get away with this!" The fimilliar faces shifted around her, revealing Amy, dressed just as Eggman, in her palm was a Spade shaped gem.
"join the New Eggman empire..." Amy said in a hollow voice.
"She has a point," the silhouette said, "Take the gem, it will save you,
protect you. Make you... Perfect."

Another picture from the Eggman Empire series that I started. I plan on finishing this series in the coming months, and yes I know the gem in the picture is not the same.
