Mrs. Delilah Alburs is a regular resident who lived in the monster town of Oakford. Delilah used to live at The Capitol City most of her early years, until she met her husband at a gardening convention. She got married and moved into Oakford for the rest of their lives. Delilah didn't relise living in Oakford it would be filled with monsters and mystical creatures. She is able to make a friend or two that are seem nice, especially one friend she knew from her childhood at The Capital City.
