Bio: The Patchwerks are an anomalous species of posthuman, being one of the few colonial species in the galaxy to live on land. This species is the third and last major clade of sapient posthumans on Anthropoterra, and appears to act as sort a bearlike species, looking out for each other whilst being very antisocial of other Patchwerks with a few exceptions, those being for mating season or if cooperation is seen as beneficial when obtaining food.
The top posthuman appears to act as the overall brain of the superorganism, relaying infomation to the others in the form of hissing in morse code. The "limbs" are three posthuman blobs connected to each other and act as soldiers of the colony by grappling prey or predators and pummeling them with punches and kicks before dragging them to its center Zooid, called a patch in the Patchwerk's case, which acts as both the main digestive and reproductive patch.
The skin colors of these posthumans tend to be randomized from time to time, with some patches being lighter/darker than others and being randomized at birth. The only thing consistent about these skin colors is that they are all varations of the color Tan/Umber. For example, this Patchwerk's darkest patch is its right foot patch, which could be lighter-skinned in another specimen. Because of this, Patchwerks have no concept of color segregation and are some of the most tolerant species in the galaxy to different skinned races.
Patchwerks also have no concept of gender coding since they, like most colonial organisms, are hermaphroditic. The closest they have to a gender coding system is if the Patchwerk is dominant or recessive when it comes to confrontations with one another, with recessives taking soceital roles tradtionally seen as feminine while dominants take up roles traditonally seen as masculine. Overall, Patchwerks are some of the most unusual posthumans, both on an evolutionary and cultural perspective, to ever walk Anthropoterra and probably the galaxy.
