A short peek into a future on Spontoon Island.
Franklin Stagg-Baumgartner IV was born at the family home on Main Island in 1982. Unlike his more staid parents and grandparents (to say nothing of his great-grandfather, Inspector Franklin Stagg), "Frankie" likes to push the envelope a tad. As a whitetail deer/cheetah hybrid (his spots are barely noticeable against his fur, but he has a cheetah's teeth and tail), he has the physique and natural ability to do things like base-jumping.
Here we see him as he's just left the roof of the University of the North Pacific's Law School, headed down.
