Based off of the actual head with at least 90% accuracy that was made by N0yra , https://www.furaffinity.net/view/55214774/
The rest of the interpretation was something wild as I would see people describe the head as a 'biblically accurate angel' or some kind of 'hellspawn' or some kind of cryptid since the head already went 0 to 100 I added on an extra 10% though could of gone farther however chose not to.
Their nickname and are typically known as: "Scrawl"
Scrawl is essentially a partially (constructed/synthetic) undead dragon who comes from another dimension though their appearance was rather spontaneous and leaves behind many questions about them otherwise with her came the first Oysters.
