Done at the suggestion of my sister 
Stria . A manta ray girl with her wing-like fins spread wide, and a wrap styled dress tucked around them Not happy with the face, though it does give that sort of alien smoothness, and I LOVE the dress/wrap. I may try again soon. Originally posted in June of 2005
