Had an idea for a what if, and went to  Foxenawolf to see how she would put the spin on it. Kind of the "What if a Growlithe evolved into yet another evolutionary form with say a moonstone" So a Celestial form or the like instead of the usual, leaving some extra stary effects in the colors. I think she did wonderfully in creating it.
