Qua is a space creature called a Quadrant, a very popular and common household pet (with very low IQ's). His brain is switched with Billy's, though the change of body doesn’t seem to faze him one bit. He refuses to wear shoes however, and is a bit of a klutz, as walking is not normal for a Quadrant (they hop).
