okie, here are some tuftex and a chinese balloon (the blue one is chinese 22")
all the tuftex are 24" except the green which I think is either 14" or 12"
The yellow is pretty well inflated, but the purple is underinflated and was stretched so it would have a neck.

Cool balloons, those Tuftex 24" look like a lot of fun. The chinese looks nice though. Are they jewel tones?
By the way, if you would like bigger necks, i recommend you to try "neck preparation" it is kinda easy. Here some sample pic:
