I walked back out letting him see that I was wearing my collar again.

I pulled my collar down making it easy to see that I'd put it back on.

Baxter: "See I put my collar baack on. So no need to punish me right?"

Doc: "Well you do seem to be wearing it."

He grabbed his remote and clicked one of its buttons.
I instinctively whinced.

Instead of the painful jolt I was expecting the collar made a melodic chiming sound.

Baxter: "Baaaa..." I softly murmured.

Doc: "The collar is on and it apears to be working."
"It seems you managed to learn a lesson about NOT smashing highly expensive equipment." He mocked.

Baxter: "So I'm still allowed to go? I thought you'd be more, ummm, maad at me?" I sheepishly asked.

Doc: "Well, I'd rather you accidentally forget your collar then to electrocute yourself trying to bring it into the shower."
"Just DON'T do it again." He sternly ordered.

Baxter: "I? I won't sir."

Doc: "Do you promise to not take off your collar unless strictly necessary?"

Baxter: "Yes sir, I promise not to take off the collar unless I need to."

Doc: "Good sheep." He said affectionately before patting me on my head.

While apart of my mind resisted it, It felt nice to be told I was being good.
I mean my caretaker was being nice to me by letting me go out to eat to with Randy, keeping my collar on is the least I could do.

Our Doctor commanded us to enter the van, and just like the rest of my flock I dutifully did so.
