Since it'd be hard to have a setting based on exploration and rescue without any info on what the world itself is like, here one of a few cards I'm doing to give a brief description of each region, along with an idea of what Guild activity in each area is like.
Any PCA folks who are paying attention, yes that is who you think it is. And if you've played Just Cause 2 then you know what that is on his arm as well. Hey, I couldn't resist, so sue me. XD

I thought Sinnoh wod be bigger in terms of population. o.o
After all, this is like a whole country we're talking about, and even small countries like germany or japan have around...at least 50 million people.
Also I pictured Sinnoh as the pokeworlds equivalent of Japan/Russia.
PS: Nice shout out to JC2, KDR. :3

The majority of Sinnoh hasn't been fully explored in this setting though, so it doesn't have lots and lots of small towns everywhere like a more developed region such as Kanto. In a sense it's still laid out a bit more like the game version: large towns connected by roadways, with lots of open space in between.
Basically Kanto and Johto are the "center" of the population, and as you spread out away from it the lesser the population becomes since that's where the settlers had come from. If you really want to be technical all the regions put together are only as big as Japan in total, since most of the regions in-game are based on specific areas or islands there. They're maybe twice that size here, but the "known" regions don't make up the entirety of the planet's surface.
