The Jackal was forged new. Just for Cyra.
Unusually, the last step of forging a Jackal was left out: The cooling.
So it remained as it had been made - a being of pure magic, lava, sand, and rocks.

Cyra wouldn't have it any other way, for she is not much different.
With Flame magic that burns brightly enough to melt any material - she and the Jackal are kin. Both can touch each other without harm.

Two of a kind, fire in their souls.

Cyra named her Sera, after her dam.
For she was the one who ignited that spark, at the dawn of Cyra's life.
