A 5" x 7" oil study from 2022. I wanted to try working on a panel with a metallic copper paint base, and that made for a really cool glow to the original, but it sure was a more rough texture than I was used to! I thought I was just doing a "quick" study but of course wound up spending way longer on it than I planned. Still, it came out really cool, so whatever!
