Isn't that kind of throwing out the cub with the bathing pool, Dem'mit? Yeah, the Gralt fooled you. He fooled everyone. And when it came down to it, they needed a warrior-diplomat in the worst possible way when the BBEG outed himself and attempted to maul you to death.

He's earned some R+R but resignation is pretty extreme. He's far too good at his job. The Sheebians alone owe him big after he outed that Gralt. He probably saved their people.

And especially after that much physical damage to his body, he really does need a fairly lengthy vacation!
