fully lap seam, and a reinforcing strip from the top of his head to three quarters of the way down the back, and from the mouth to the lower chest too.

reinforce even longer than fens, and I removed the dual seam on the head to that 3 way join, was never fully happy with that.

I like the color palette used, it's just weird that the seams are a lot lighter. Guess it adds to the toy/tooniness of the character though :3

Seam is due to the unprinted "border" as supplier feels a better seal is formed without print inbetween, when they weld the panels together. They wont touch up seams after, as it always ends up looking rubbish, and to be honest, it makes our toys a bit more distinguishable and dont personally think it detracts too much from the overall look and feel.
