So, the clouds are basically two layers - a basic grayscale layer for color and a another grayscale layer to render the edges softer and add some rim lighting. I merged those, then stacked two copies over a sky gradient - a lower Hard Light layer for shading and a partially transparent Vivid Light layer to make the colors pop a bit more. Everything else was just messing around with chromatic aberration
