Bluetaildragon had lost the original SAI file for NosiTheSlime 's Bax's reference, so she decided to do a refresh when Nosi had created a variant of Bax intended for a scifi campaign named Briar.

While they share many similarities, there are some key differences.

Bax Woodside is a transformation mage from a high fantasy setting, specializing in his magic and trying to pay his debt to a dangerous dragon; whom he promised to free using his capabilities, but is delaying as long as he can so he can determine if that is the right course of action.
Bax stands at 5"7' and has made his species by himself thanks to having forgotten his original form.

Briar on the other hand is quite different. While appearing the same, he stands at almost 8ft tall. He has an infection of ancient technology along his face that he covers up with transformation magic, and he is also a data broker within the scifi setting he came from. His left eye is a prosthetic he made to socket into the Relic infected side of his face which had left him without an eye on that side.
